You will also learn a few fun techniques that can help bring more insight and awareness into why stress, anxiety, and depression can be a sign that you aren’t living in the present moment!  You will learn how regular Chiropractic care can help you to better manage stress and anxiety. You also learn the importance of Organic superfood nutrition and how it can help melt the stress away. We will provide some healthy snacks, drinks and samples of organic superfoods! Arvada Ninja Night - Blacklight Dodgeball

The Kids' Martial Arts program at Easton Training Center hosts several Ninja Nights each year as a fun opportunity for kids to get together at the academy after hours to play games with the coaches, watch a movie, and eat pizza. This time, we're going to play blacklight dodgeball, and it's going to be amazing. Both member and non-members are welcome, bringing friends is encouraged! Cost: 1st child- $202 or more children - $30 Ages 4 to 12. If your child has dietary restrictions, and cannot eat pizza, please pack a dinner.

The Arvada Chorale invites you to experience Gabriel Fauré's glorious Requiem. The elegance and depth of the Requiem has lifted countless spirits in moments of stress and sorrow. This concert celebrates beauty, love and faith with additional works by Rutter, Bortniansky, Bruckner and contemporary composers Whitacre and Clausen. We're joined by guest choirs, soloists Linnette Mancuso and Timothy Kennedy, accompanist Chappell Kingsland and a chamber orchestra. Join us April 27 and 28 for a heartwarming performance of this inspiring music. Advance tickets are $15. Day of performance tickets are $18. Using your positive thoughts and personal desires, they can also have a deeper meaning.Join us as we explore what malas are, learn a few meditation techniques and practice different ways we can incorporate them into our mental wellness. We will even create a personal mantra for you (and your beads)! There will be malas available for use and for purchase! You can even get a kit and we'll show you how to string your own. Join Newcastle's first ever #techmums Club!   In a friendly group of local mums, we'll be taking the mystery out of tech. Each week we'll get together for 2 hours to talk about tech and what it can do for you. There are no tests to take. Just a chance to learn with other mums. Build your confidence in a variety of tech skills: social media blogging apps staying safe online managing work and life and much, much more! Digital skills sessions for beginners Newcastle's #techmums Club is made up of 10 action-packed sessions that have been designed by mums, for mums. Join us for pottery painting, dinner and craft beer! Paint your own Spring themed pottery! There will be a variety of stamps, stencils and supplies for you to use. When finished, the pottery is collected to be glazed and fired. It is then brought back to Denver Beer Co in one week for pick up. The cost covers the pottery, glaze, supplies, firing and delivery. It is $18 - $30 avg (depending on the piece). Paint and sip the night away!
